Simply warm the clay pack in the microwave for 10 seconds, insert the warmed pack into the belt, and secure the adjustable band to gently compress baby's belly. The pack can also be frozen and used as an ice pack. Hand wash only, wipe clean and air dry. 3m+. Warning: Product can cause burns if too hot or left on for too long.
