We Believe in a Hassle-Free Product Return Experience

At CuteBabyBuy, our aim is to make your return process simple and worry-free. Please refer to the step-by-step return guide below to ensure a smooth experience.

Conditions for Return:

▪ If the delivered product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 15 days from the date of delivery.
▪ Returns will be accepted only with a valid RA number.
▪ Once issued, an RA number will expire in 7 days — we recommend returning your product promptly.
▪ Items sent without a valid RA number will not be processed for refunds and may incur additional charges.
▪ If the product is returned without any defect, damage, or mismatch, a restocking fee of 25% of the item price will apply.

Criteria for Issuing a Refund:

To avoid delays or denial of refund, please ensure the following:

▪ Products must be in their original manufacturer’s packaging and securely shipped.
▪ Items should be undamaged, without dents, scratches, cracks, tampering, or signs of misuse or seal removal.
▪ Products with security seals must be returned intact and untampered.

Note: Return processing may take up to 15 business days from receipt.

Defective or Missing Items:

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with missing components, we will offer:

▪ Replacement of affected units, or
▪ Partial credit for affected units

Note: No additional credit will be issued for items that have already been replaced.

Shipping for Return:

➢ Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

➢ Shipping charges will only be refunded if:

  • The product was damaged/defective on arrival, or

  • An incorrect item was shipped by CuteBabyBuy.

➢ You may use a carrier of your choice for return shipping. Please include the correct return address and RA number on your shipping label or bill of lading.
➢ For your protection, please use a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation, and share the tracking details with us.
