The large pocket acts as a crumb catcher / catch-all for catching drips, drops and spills. Silicone can be safely boiled to sterilize. Certain strong-smelling foods may permeate silicone, but this can be easily remedied using a mixture of water and white vinegar. Made from 100-percent food-safe platinum silicone. We use third party labs to ensure the products we manufacture comply with CPSC and CPSIA standards for BPA, Lead, and Phthalates. Sized to fit babies and toddlers ages 6 to 24 months.
