Can be stored in the fridge to enhance cooling. Soothies pads are vegan and made from glycerin. Lansinoh has been helping moms and babies get a good start to their new lives for over 35 years. Instructions: Open the pack & remove the gel pads from the reusable tray. Gently place the gel side of the pad directly over the nipple. Remove to breastfeed or pump. Each set of pads can be used for up to 72 hours. For an extra cooling effect, store Soothies in the refrigerator. In between use, store gel pads on a reusable tray. To Remove- Lift the pad around the edges working in towards the center. Inspect the breast for any residue and gently cleanse if necessary before breastfeeding.
