It has been independently lab tested & USDA BioPreferred Certified bio-based at 100% which means there are no petroleum-based synthetics or petrochemical contaminants. Made With Purified Water California Babys multi-step water purification process filters chlorine, and dirt in the water to make sure our products start with the cleanest base possible.
